Activities

For data downloaded from a driver card, this view shows all entries recorded on the card in chronological order — and here you can supplement your data with your own manual entries.

What does the list contain?

  • Activity: driving, other work, availability, break/rest — with time, icon and duration.
  • Card: insertion and removal of the card.
  • Country (region): the country entered at the start and end of working time.
  • Border: the country that was entered.
  • Loading: loading and unloading operations.
  • Event (fault): the events and faults recorded by the tachograph.
  • Own manual entries: notes, vacations, manual activities.

Filtering

From the menu you can switch what the list shows on and off: Activity, Card, Country, Border, Loading, Event, as well as the manual entries (Note, Vacation, Activity). The period is also selectable: Last 7 day, Last 28 day, Last 56 day or Whole period.

GPS coordinates

For any item in the list for which position data is available, an icon appears; tapping it, the app loads Google Maps.

Manual entry (long press)

By long-pressing any item in the list, you can add your own entry to your data. Manual entries are placed at the correct chronological position in the list, and the reports also take them into account. You can choose from three types.

TypeWhat it's for
NoteThere are 4 types: short and long text, number or event. In addition to the three predefined notes (comment, odometer, refuelling), you can also create your own note group. The manually recorded data appears in the activities list and in the work time summary report.
VacationMarking a day as a vacation. It counts towards the working time calculation and appears in the work time summary report, showing how many vacation days there were in the given period.
ActivityYou can choose from four types of driver activity. Every report takes them into account as if they had been read from the card.

For some note types you can select that their total value be included in the Work time summary report. This option is available for the number and event types. For the latter, of course, there is nothing to add up, only the number of recorded events will appear in the summary.

Your own entries are stored only in the phone's local database; nothing is written back to the card. This would not be possible anyway, because the data on the driver card cannot be modified.
