Visited countries
The report shows when you were in which country. Every continuous period spent in one country is a separate item: with the entry and exit details, the distance travelled and the time of the activities carried out there. The list starts with the most recent stay.
What is the report built from?
- from the country codes entered into the tachograph at the start and end of the daily working period;
- and, for a G2v2 tachograph and a G2v2 driver card, also from the border crossings automatically recorded by the tachograph.
A stay lasts until a different country appears on the card; consecutive entries for the same country are merged by the app. The end of the last, still ongoing stay is the time of the download.
The report is only as accurate as the country codes you entered. If you do not enter the new country's code at the border, and the tachograph does not record the border crossing either, the app only learns of the country change from the next country code you enter.
What do you see for an item?
- Header: the start and end of the stay, with its duration in parentheses.
- Country: the name of the country; your base country is shown in orange. If the stay has GPS positions, tapping the
icon opens the Map. - Entry into the country and Exit from the country — the vehicle's registration number, with the odometer reading in parentheses. If you changed vehicle within the country (or someone else drove the vehicle between your card's removal and reinsertion), the stay splits into two items at the card removal; in that case the label is Card removal or Card insertion, respectively.
- Distance: — the difference between the exit and entry odometer readings.
- Activities: the
driving, 
other work, 
availability and 
break/rest time within the stay (break and rest period together).
The distance and the activity times are not shown if the entry and the exit took place in different vehicles, or if the stay is still ongoing. If there is no odometer reading within three hours of the entry or exit time, the value is 0 km.
The entry, the exit and the distance are shown in orange if the time of the country change is uncertain: the card was removed within one minute of the country change. This indicates that you did not enter the country code at the border, and the app only learned of the new country when the card was removed — in that case the times and the distance may be inaccurate.
Good to know
- There is no filtering or sorting in the report.
- If, according to the downloaded data, you only worked in your base country, the list is empty, and this label is shown: The driver did not work outside the base country.
- Times are shown according to the Time zone for reports setting, distances according to the Distance unit setting, and durations according to the Duration format setting. See the Settings page.
